Sephora in San Francisco seeks an Assistant Manager, Retail Media (Skincare) to activate retail media campaigns; hybrid full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee activation of offsite retail media campaigns with agency partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Manage campaign briefing and intake processes, including validation of budgets, targeting, creative assets, product selection and onboarding.
- Develop and optimize templates for media planning and campaign reporting to standardize execution and measurement.
- Steward best-in-class program execution through meticulous attention to detail and proactive project management.
- Inform creative best practices and deliver insights to brand partners to improve campaign performance.
- Contribute to the development of program strategies, performance analyses and recommendations for retail media offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sephora Media, Brand Marketing, and Analytics teams and act as a thought partner to leadership.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in digital media, advertising operations, or retail media roles.
- Strong working knowledge of programmatic display, video, CTV and paid social best practices.
- Familiarity with retail media and co-op media dynamics and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple detailed projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving and clear written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and collaborative cross-functional working style.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of experience in a digital media or ad operations role, with hands-on exposure to campaign activation, programmatic channels, and retail media environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 89,335 to USD 99,845 per annum.
