Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the activation of offsite retail media campaigns in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Ensure flawless execution of media campaigns, aligning with client, brand, and company objectives.
  • Manage campaign briefing and intake processes.
  • Develop and optimize templates for media plans and reporting.
  • Validate budgets, targeting, creative assets, product selection, and campaign onboarding.
  • Inform creative best practices and insights for brands.
  • Assist in the development of program strategies, insights, and analyses for brands.
  • Collaborate closely with Sephora's Media, Brand Marketing, and Analytics teams.
  • Act as a thought partner with leadership to help shape retail media offerings.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital media or ad operations role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple detailed projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic display, video, CTV, and paid social best practices.
  • Familiarity with retail media and co-op media space.

Skills

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
