Sephora (Los Angeles) seeks an Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing to run sponsored influencer campaigns and social-led content (hybrid).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of sponsored influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign logistics including brief distribution, internal prioritization, invoice tracking and post-campaign reporting.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, agency teams and Social to prioritize campaigns, plan monthly execution and identify amplification opportunities across Sephora-owned channels.
- Develop and maintain campaign tools and processes (trackers, calendars, budgets, briefing documents) to streamline cross-functional workflows.
- Oversee day-to-day communications with agencies, influencers and internal stakeholders; manage content review and approval cycles.
- Facilitate influencer product seeding, including comp requests, tracking and shipment coordination.
- Support Sephora-branded initiatives and alumni programs from kickoff through reporting and measurement.
- Monitor social and influencer trends, contribute to creative brainstorms and identify new tactical opportunities for scale and engagement.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social marketing; beauty industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record managing sponsored influencer campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting.
- Experience briefing and collaborating with agencies and external talent partners.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with project trackers and campaign management tools.
- Adaptable problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience
3–5 years in influencer or social marketing with hands-on experience executing sponsored influencer campaigns and working with agency partners; prior exposure to beauty brands or talent/agency environments preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 82,000 to USD 91,865 per annum.
