Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Manage HR operations, including policy implementation and compliance.
  • Act as a strategic partner aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance on ethics and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal obligations.
  • Utilize HR analytics to inform people-related decisions and talent management.
  • Administer performance and talent management processes, including reviews and promotions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to address HR needs and support organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR generalist, with payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR practices.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with strong process management skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience
