Sephora seeks an Assistant Manager for Digital Onsite Operations Excellence in Singapore to lead omnichannel Ecommerce operations across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own BAU operational governance across all markets, setting and enforcing operational standards, SOPs, and playbooks that ensure quality and consistency at scale
- Oversee campaign operations strategy and manage vendor and BPO partnerships, monitoring SLAs and resolving escalations with speed and accountability
- Partner with Regional Managers to identify and prioritize organic sales opportunities, translating onsite data into an optimization roadmap that drives conversion and revenue uplift
- Conduct regular performance reviews with market stakeholders, sharing findings and tracking impact against action plans
- Operationalize marketing stories and newness launches by partnering with the Content & Experience team, translating brand narratives into onsite components
- Implement and maintain operational logic for key Contentful CMS components including homepage modules, landing pages, category pages, and product carousels
- Own the full onsite tools stack (Contentful CMS, CommerceTools, Contentsquare, Braze, PerfectCorp, AppsFlyer, and gamification tools) from technical and operational performance perspectives
- Proactively identify automation opportunities, workflow inefficiencies, and performance gaps, proposing solutions and workarounds to optimize
- Lead knowledge transfer and upskilling across the team and markets through structured guides, playbooks, and training
- Act as the operational interface between the Regional Onsite team and cross-functional partners including Product, Tech, CRM, Paid Media, Content, and Merchandising
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Ecommerce operations, digital platform management, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated operational excellence with ability to build clean, scalable systems and develop SOPs and playbooks
- Commercial acumen with ability to connect operational decisions to revenue outcomes and think in terms of sales impact
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, promotional tools, and analytics tools (Contentsquare, CommerceTools, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, managing up, across, and with market teams; ability to distill complexity into crisp written communications
- Optimization mindset—proactively identifying gaps and acting on them without being asked
- Resilience and proactivity in fast-moving, multi-market environments
