Sephora seeks Assistant Manager, Brand Partner Marketing in Sydney to develop brand strategies and drive marketing excellence across beauty partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and deliver brand partner marketing strategies across assigned portfolio that drive sales and competitive advantage for both brands and Sephora
- Develop deep understanding of brand business priorities, product portfolios, and market positioning in collaboration with Merchandising teams
- Advise brands on integrated marketing approaches including co-op advertising, sampling strategy, social media strategy, activations, and consumer messaging to achieve mutually beneficial objectives
- Drive and own strategic relationships with brand partners, securing their participation in Sephora marketing programs and initiatives
- Utilize data analytics and insights to make strategic recommendations and identify opportunities for new co-op marketing programs and partnerships
- Build and present business cases for innovative marketing programs and partnerships to internal stakeholders
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across category management, e-commerce, growth marketing, retail operations, training, creative, CRM, loyalty, and analytics teams in a matrixed organizational structure
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Marketing and Communications, with demonstrated strength in brand marketing and advertising
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent field
- Proven experience in brand marketing, loyalty programs, retail environments, or competitive beauty sector experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital marketing channels and omni-channel strategy execution
- Strong analytical capability with ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail and deadline adherence

Experience
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Marketing and Communications with demonstrated expertise in brand marketing, advertising, and ideally exposure to loyalty programs, retail environments, or digital channels. Prior brand management or vendor relationship experience within competitive retail or beauty sectors is valued.
Education
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
