Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle management for Sephora Collection SKUs allocated to North America, coordinating with Supply and regional Business partners.
- Analyse catalogue performance and raise alerts to adjust central forecasts and replenishment plans.
- Participate in post-launch performance reviews: benchmark results against launch plans, identify root causes for variances and propose corrective actions.
- Monitor seasonality, substitution/switch events and contribute to End-Of-Life (EOL) planning for targeted assortments.
- Produce ad‑hoc analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate weekly operational follow-ups with regional teams and assist in preparing and facilitating cross-regional planning meetings.
- Compare central sell‑in forecasts with regional projections and highlight material discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (master’s-level) programme — business school, engineering school or equivalent — with a specialization in supply chain, operations or planning.
- Previous supply chain or demand planning experience via internship or alternance is expected.
- Strong analytical rigour and capacity to synthesise quantitative findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
- Very strong command of English (essential).

Beginner level — prior internship or alternance in supply chain, demand planning or a related operations function; this is a learning-focused apprenticeship role.
Education
Master's-level student (Bac+4/5) in supply chain, logistics, business administration, engineering or equivalent.
