Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze omnichannel (web, app and retail) datasets to produce actionable insights for e‑commerce and store performance.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor product, customer and commercial KPIs.
- Use analytics and visualization platforms to interpret data, validate hypotheses and surface opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with product, e‑merchandising, digital, retail and supply teams to translate findings into concrete recommendations.
- Perform data cleaning, basic ETL tasks and ad‑hoc analyses to support business questions and stakeholder requests.
- Present results and recommendations to cross‑functional teams in a clear, business‑focused format.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Data Analytics, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrable interest in e‑commerce and retail performance measurement.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and dashboarding solutions; curiosity to learn SQL and data engineering basics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
