Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, develop and manage the corner team, including conducting employee appraisals and modelling the Sephora Attitude and DNA.
- Support the Corner Manager and act as deputy in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on year‑on‑year growth for assigned categories.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the team maintains a customer-centric focus on the sales floor.
- Implement and update visual merchandising, local activations and in‑corner animations.
- Analyse sales and category KPIs to define and execute commercial activities that improve performance.
- Manage merchandise operations from receipt to storage, including returns, write-offs and tester management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within the beauty sector.
- Initial people management or team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
- Commercial and analytical mindset with track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong customer orientation and a demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees.
- Hands-on mentality with visible presence on the sales floor.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in beauty, including initial supervisory or team-lead responsibilities and a proven record of contributing to sales growth.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail or beauty preferred.
