Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor each phase of the product launch process in collaboration with brands, country teams, Supply Chain, Master Data team, Regulatory/Quality departments, and Finance.
- Develop and maintain timelines for each brand and launch.
- Proactively manage challenges and bottlenecks that could affect launch dates, and communicate adjustments internally, to markets, and to brands.
- Contribute to the launch process of special Christmas offers in collaboration with the Project Manager and work on the visibility of these key offers.
- Conduct competitive analysis during the Christmas period.
- Participate in the creation and validation of product assortments and commercial animation schedules for brands.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree from a Business School or University (Bac +4/5), ideally with a specialization in project management.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, impeccable organization, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Interest in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Previous experience (internship) in project management or coordination is a plus.

Education
Higher education degree from a Business School or University (Bac +4/5), ideally with a specialization in project management.
