Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of the CRM Animation Plan for Europe, aligning business and client objectives.
- Develop digital communication materials for the annual CRM Animation Plan in collaboration with Communication, Offer & Image teams.
- Coordinate and oversee the deployment of the CRM Animation Plan across European markets, supporting local activations and consolidating campaign results.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and contribute to strategic CRM reflections.
- Construct and manage performance reporting for digital campaigns, ensuring KPI achievement and sharing insights with central and local teams.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis of international client communications and share best practices to inspire local teams.
- Participate in managing creative exchanges for AB testing projects and propose improvements.
Qualifications
- Final year of a Master's program in Commerce, Marketing, or Communication.
- Agile, dynamic, and capable of managing complex, multi-project environments.
- Interest in CRM and client animation planning.
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills with a good understanding of digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong client focus and interest in retail or beauty sectors.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
