Sephora Collection internship: Assistant Category Manager, Neuilly-sur-Seine, 6 months, January 2027. Beauty & e-commerce focused.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the strategic development of Sephora Collection brand for the French market
- Execute operational initiatives for Sephora Collection across store and e-commerce channels
- Conduct weekly performance tracking and analysis across three product categories: makeup, skincare, and fragrance
- Manage promotional tools and incentive programs (gifts with purchase, samples, gift cards) across all distribution channels
- Oversee e-store visibility planning and app merchandising optimization
- Contribute to assortment management including product referencing and sales tracking
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative reporting and analyses for internal stakeholders
- Support the development of internal materials for seasonal campaigns and events (Mother's Day, Christmas)
- Facilitate store-level communication and consolidate field feedback from the retail network
- Compose weekly internal communications for store staff distribution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized university or business school
- Pursuing or completing final internship or gap-year placement
- Previous experience in the beauty sector
- Strong analytical mindset and relationship-building skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated autonomy and proactive work approach
