Sephora Collection internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine: 6-month Category Management Assistant role supporting European markets from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with European country Category Management teams to support product launch deployments and relay market-specific requests and insights
- Oversee operational execution of category activation initiatives including sampling programs, gift-with-purchase promotions, and promotional assortments in alignment with supply chain timelines
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of internal data systems including launch plans, product references, forecasts, and assortment guidelines
- Centralize and disseminate field feedback and best practices across the European zone to optimize regional performance
- Assist in adapting 360° activation plans and European toolboxes to ensure market alignment and guideline compliance
- Support product launch workflows including new item referencing and sales forecasting
- Contribute to category performance analysis and identify optimization opportunities to drive business development
- Prepare monthly business reporting and performance analytics for European stakeholder teams
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (Master's level preferred)
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics market
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational discipline
Skills
Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Familiarity with beauty market and e-commerce environments is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school program or equivalent university Master's degree (M1 or M2 level).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
