Sephora internship: Assistant Category Manager, Neuilly-sur-Seine, 6 months starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Category Managers in brand portfolio management and assortment optimization
- Conduct assortment analysis and performance tracking; monitor planograms across channels
- Execute new product referencing processes and demand forecasting for market launches
- Coordinate and execute 360° marketing campaign launches including retail animations, media, team training, e-commerce, and CRM initiatives
- Manage cross-functional retail and promotional projects across the wider organization
- Analyze performance metrics at enterprise, brand, segment, and product level; develop and implement action plans to achieve targets
- Maintain ongoing communication with brand partners and European market teams
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or candidate for a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in business, commerce, or equivalent university program
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated organizational rigor and analytical mindset with conviction in data-driven recommendations
- Proven knowledge of the beauty market landscape and affinity for e-commerce channels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in both French and English

Experience
Beginner-level; students at advanced academic levels are encouraged to apply, particularly those with internship experience in retail, e-commerce, or brand management.
Education
Enrolled in or completing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in business, commerce, or equivalent university program.
