Sephora internship: 6-month Assistant Category Manager role in Makeup Europe, Neuilly-sur-Seine. Hybrid position starting January 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Category Managers in the administration of exclusive and selective makeup brands across the 16-country European territory
- Conduct assortment analysis and performance tracking, with oversight of planogram compliance and execution
- Manage new product launch processes, including referencing procedures and demand forecasting
- Execute cross-functional merchandising and promotional projects in collaboration with regional stakeholders
- Analyze performance metrics across the retail network, brands, product segments, and new launches; develop and implement action plans to achieve key performance indicators
- Serve as liaison between regional markets and brand partners, facilitating communication and coordination across European operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduate of a business school, commerce program, or university degree program
- Fluent English proficiency (required)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with demonstrated autonomy and initiative
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational discipline and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel
- Preference for prior experience in operational marketing, category management, or commercial environments

Entry-level or beginner-level experience; prior exposure to marketing operations, category management, or retail commerce is preferred but not required.

Business school, commercial diploma, or university degree program (currently enrolled or completed).
