Sephora internship: Assistant Category Manager for Make-up in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Six-month hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of retail strategy for the Make-up category across France
- Coordinate category projects, including trade activities and in-store animations
- Develop product launch plans and in-store activation calendars
- Contribute to assortment management, including sales forecasting, new product referencing, and merchandising updates
- Facilitate communication between brands, regional directors, store managers, and internal departments (supply chain, retail marketing, social media, CRM)
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Analyze campaign performance and key commercial periods (Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.)
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master's 1 or 2 programme at a business school or equivalent university-level qualification with marketing or commercial specialization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative
- Strong interpersonal and analytical capabilities
- Prior work experience in a professional environment
- Familiarity with the beauty market
