Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the European fragrance assortment and category strategy across stores and ecommerce.
- Co‑develop 360° marketing and innovation plans with brand partners, country teams and the central marketing function.
- Coordinate omnichannel and digital projects tied to category peak moments (e.g. Mother’s Day, holiday season).
- Produce post‑activation reporting and prepare internal presentations for stakeholders.
- Analyze commercial performance across banners, brands, destinations and new launches to inform assortment and promotional decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity and track consumer and market trends relevant to fragrances.
- Support sourcing and evaluation of new fragrance brands and potential new destinations.
- Maintain ongoing liaison with brand partners, country teams and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or a related field and eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract in France.
- Ideally one prior internship or work experience in marketing, retail or digital marketing; experience in fragrance or cosmetics is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English is mandatory; international profile preferred.
- Demonstrable analytical aptitude, numerical comfort and strong organisational rigour.
- Proactive, action‑oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Entry‑level — suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career; a first internship or short professional experience in marketing, retail or digital is preferred, ideally within perfumes or cosmetics.
Education
