Sephora is recruiting a Fragrance Category Management Intern for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The role supports European fragrance assortment strategy, marketing and innovation plans, omnichannel activations, performance analysis, trend monitoring and brand sourcing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining the fragrance assortment strategy and implementing it across Sephora’s stores and e-commerce sites in Europe.
- Co-develop 360° innovation and marketing plans with brands, markets and the marketing team.
- Coordinate omnichannel and digital projects for key category moments, such as Mother’s Day and back-to-school.
- Prepare post-activation reports and internal presentations.
- Analyze the performance of Sephora, brands, destinations and new launches.
- Monitor competitors and consumer and market trends.
- Source new fragrance brands and other new destinations.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with brands, countries and internal departments.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at a business school or university, specializing in marketing or digital.
- Dynamic, curious, rigorous and autonomous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong synthesis and analytical skills, an affinity for numbers and an interest in the beauty sector.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
