Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Category Managers in developing the digital strategy for the Make-up category.
  • Coordinate category projects and implement brand action plans, including animations, e-merchandising, cross-selling, and search.
  • Manage and implement promotional tools and offers, such as purchase offers, samples, and boxes.
  • Oversee the digital activation plan for make-up across the website and app.
  • Participate in communications with brands and internal departments, including supply chain, social media, CRM, and e-store.
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses, including weekly and monthly figures and ad hoc analyses.
  • Conduct weekly competitive intelligence monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program (1st or 2nd year) in business school or equivalent university with a focus on marketing/commerce.
  • Seeking a final-year internship or gap year placement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Previous corporate experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and the beauty market is appreciated.
