Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the community engagement for the Sephora University EME Instagram account, including content publication and performance reporting.
- Create and report on brand training performance metrics.
- Develop materials to support training priorities.
- Share brand content on the digital training platform.
- Generate content for the internal training platform.
- Organize and manage event logistics and follow-ups.
- Design PowerPoint presentations for seminars and brand events.
- Support digital sessions across countries.
- Communicate with international stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management.
- Strong communication skills in an international context.
- Knowledge of digital training methodologies.
- Creativity in event organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
