Role & Responsibilities
- Support the construction and preparation of the 2026 commercial negotiation round: contribute to the commercial policy, prepare negotiation briefs and centralise budgetary needs across internal teams.
- Prepare and participate in commercial negotiation meetings alongside senior negotiators: pre-meeting analysis of brand proposals, documentation, and post-meeting debriefs to stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on negotiated business plans and agreements: liaise with suppliers, prepare contract amendments and ensure administrative follow-through of negotiations.
- Manage end-to-end preparation of annual contracts in coordination with negotiators, legal counsel and Offer teams; draft and track contract status and related documentation.
- Request and analyse suppliers' Conditions Générales de Vente and price lists; prepare reservation letters with Legal and communicate pricing changes to Financial Control.
- Operate billing processes for commercial cooperation services in collaboration with Finance and manage supplier product return waves.
- Encode negotiated counterparties and deliver cross‑functional support on specific projects as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Master 2 (or equivalent) in Purchasing, Procurement, Commercial Management, Business or related discipline; apprenticeship contract for 12 months.
- Strong interest and basic understanding of commercial contract law and supplier terms and conditions.
- High level of rigor, autonomy and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling budgets and commercial data; proactivity and a solution‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).

Entry‑level: suitable for candidates with limited professional experience and prior internships in procurement, commercial operations, vendor relations or retail buying. This is an apprenticeship role intended for a Master 2 student.
Education
Master 2 (or currently enrolled in Master 2) in Purchasing/Procurement, Commercial Management, Business or a related field.
