Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary operational contact for assigned skincare brand partners, maintaining regular business communications and resolving executional issues.
  • Coordinate and follow up on creative and product assets, social media assets, sampling plans, and 360° launch deliverables across brand and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing integrated 360 marketing plans and managing the brand calendar and activation timelines.
  • Attend brand-facing meetings, capture detailed notes and action items, and lead cross-functional follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
  • Contribute to social strategy for brand partners, providing creative feedback and aligning content with broader campaign objectives.
  • Track and document project details and deliverables to preserve accuracy of product information and brand communications.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of agency or in-house marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (beauty industry preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage brand relationships with discretion and professional maturity.
  • Exceptional organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail (product naming, grammar, asset tracking).
  • Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, flexible and effective at cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and demonstrated problem‑solving under limited direction.
  • Digital and social media experience preferred.
