Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely launch of 5-7 annual campaigns.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Creative, and external partners to align goals and drive campaign execution.
- Integrate Sephora-owned channels and partner resources for consistent brand messaging.
- Lead content planning and develop engaging consumer activities.
- Design and implement innovative in-store experiences to enhance brand perception.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and provide optimization insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand marketing or campaign management, preferably in multinational, luxury retail, or agency settings.
- Proven experience in omnichannel integrated marketing and project management.
- Strong responsibility and independent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent cross-team communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset for developing engaging content and experiences.
- Proficient in professional English with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in brand marketing or campaign management, with a preference for experience in multinational, luxury retail, or agency environments.
