Six-month marketing internship at Sephora (Neuilly-sur-Seine) supporting brand marketing, project coordination, and market analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational advancement of projects with priority care brands on trade marketing (merchandise tests, vendor briefs) and digital channels (assist editorial briefs)
- Conduct precise analysis of promotional campaign performance and establish best practices for distribution across markets
- Assist the Brand Marketing team in constructing and developing launch reports
- Serve as a central liaison between headquarters and regional teams to escalate alerts, transmit guidelines to countries, gather feedback, and respond to inquiries
- Monitor competitive landscape and best practices within and beyond the beauty and cosmetics sector
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (Master 1 or Master 2 level)
- Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, organizational ability, persuasive communication, and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of the beauty market and affinity for e-commerce
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in both French and English
