Sephora — Assistant Brand Marketing Manager (Apprenticeship) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine: 12‑month alternance supporting European 360° brand activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Activate the European brand marketing 360° plan across channels including e‑store, CRM, social media (SoMe) and PR.
  • Develop country-facing toolkits and toolboxes to ensure coherent, on-brand execution across markets.
  • Manage operational follow-up of activations and campaign timelines (rétroplanning) between brands, agencies and country teams.
  • Produce post‑campaign analysis and campaign performance reports to inform brand reviews and optimisation.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, account reports and analytical deliverables for internal stakeholders and brand partners.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and inspiration scouting within the beauty landscape to feed strategic discussions.

Qualifications

  • Final year Master's degree in Marketing (Bac+5) or equivalent — eligible for a 12‑month alternance starting September 2026.
