Sephora Canada is hiring an Asset Protection Team Lead in Toronto to lead loss-prevention across a multi-store district (Asset Protection Team Lead).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support all loss-prevention programs across an assigned multi-store district, ensuring adherence to Sephora Loss Prevention standards.
  • Review exception reports and cash variances to detect potential internal theft or irregularities and escalate as appropriate.
  • Act as a witness and participant in internal interviews and investigations when required.
  • Serve as a trainer and mentor for new Agents and contribute to the ongoing development of existing Agents, including conducting onboarding and OPEX evaluations.
  • Prepare and submit weekly market and Agent recaps to the District Loss Prevention Manager (DLPM).
  • Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes and coordinate inventory-prep activities with high-shrink stores.
  • Conduct store tours with store leadership, complete Store Tour Notes, and distribute findings to SD, DLPM and DM.
  • Review and approve Agent schedules within the assigned district and assist in aspects of the hiring process.
  • In the absence of the DLPM, attend and present at district meetings and deliver cast cluster trainings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current licensing or regulatory requirements as mandated by provincial or local jurisdiction.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and to undertake some overnight travel within the district.
  • Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for an 8-hour shift and to work in a fragrance-filled environment.

Experience
