Sephora Canada — Asset Protection Team Lead in Hamilton, ON (Lime Ridge Mall). Full-time hourly role overseeing district loss prevention, $30–$35/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support all store-level loss prevention programmes across an assigned multi-store district, ensuring adherence to Sephora Loss Prevention standards.
- Review exception reports and cash variances to detect potential internal theft and escalate findings to district leadership.
- Serve as a trainer and mentor for new Asset Protection Agents; assist in the ongoing development and performance management of Agents.
- Prepare weekly market and agent recaps for the District Loss Prevention Manager (DLPM) and participate in hiring and onboarding of Agents.
- Conduct and document Store Tours with store leadership, including completion and distribution of Store Tour Notes to SD, DLPM and DM.
- Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes and support inventory preparation in high-shrink stores.
- Conduct OPEX evaluations where applicable and act as DLPM backup to present at district meetings and cast cluster trainings.
- Review and approve Agents' schedules within the assigned district and act as a witness in internal interviews when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of loss prevention experience in a retail environment (3 years preferred per requisition).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current licensing as required by provincial or local jurisdiction (e.g., security licensing where applicable).
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and occasional overnight travel; able to stand/walk store sales floor for an 8-hour shift.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain objective, professional relationships with brand partners, cast, peers and supervisors.
- Able to work in a fragrance-filled environment and adhere to Sephora dress code policy.
Experience
Minimum 2 years' loss prevention experience in a retail environment; experience overseeing or supporting a multi-store district and conducting investigations or exception-report analysis is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
