Sephora Asset Protection Team Lead, Brampton ON. Lead loss prevention operations, train agents, and oversee multi-store security for CAD$30–$35/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with all loss prevention programs and review exception reports and cash variances to detect internal theft activity
- Serve as a trainer and development lead for new and existing agents within assigned stores
- Conduct agent on-boarding and facilitate OPEX evaluations as required
- Act as witness to internal interviews where applicable and prepare market and agent recaps for the District Loss Prevention Manager weekly
- Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes and anti-theft initiatives
- Conduct store tours with leadership teams, document findings in Store Tour Notes, and communicate results to senior district management
- Review and approve agent schedules within assigned district
- Support high-shrink stores with inventory preparation and loss prevention strategies
- Attend district meetings and present at cluster trainings in the absence of the District Loss Prevention Manager
- Support the hiring process and demonstrate leadership with brand partners, stakeholders, and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of loss prevention experience in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to travel within district
- Current licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local jurisdiction
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for extended 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled retail environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of loss prevention experience in a retail environment; additional retail supervisory or security background is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

This position is based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 30 to CAD 35 per hour.
