Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Asset Protection Partners across the assigned store; recruit and provide day‑to‑day supervision to ensure alignment with store objectives.
- Design and implement asset protection plans focused on high‑risk departments to reduce shrink and improve operational performance.
- Oversee safety programs and deliver training on deterrence, response protocols and profit protection.
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud and misconduct; ensure compliance with AP and operational standards and support prosecution when appropriate.
- Maintain and ensure correct use of AP systems and technologies, including CCTV, alarms and locking mechanisms.
- Cultivate relationships with store leadership, district AP management, mall/property teams, law enforcement and industry partners to enhance loss prevention efforts.
- Model Sephora’s values and inclusive leadership in everyday interactions and decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of asset protection or loss prevention experience, preferably with multi‑location responsibility.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing frontline teams and partnering with store management to drive results.
- Demonstrated investigative interviewing skills; Wicklander‑Zulawski training preferred.
- Working knowledge of retail criminal and civil law, and a track record of exercising discretion and ethical judgment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with retail systems and AP technologies.

At least three years in asset protection or loss prevention within retail, with prior supervisory responsibility and experience managing multi‑location AP initiatives preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business administration or a related field preferred.
