Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate loss prevention programs across multiple stores within the assigned district
  • Investigate internal theft, fraud, and cash variances by examining exception reports and point-of-sale data
  • Train, develop, and supervise loss prevention agents within the district
  • Conduct quarterly in-store blitz operations and manager walk-throughs, documenting findings
  • Partner with the District Loss Prevention Manager on strategic initiatives and market updates
  • Review and approve agent schedules across the district
  • Assist high-shrink stores with inventory preparation and reconciliation
  • Conduct internal interviews as a witness when applicable
  • Onboard new agents and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain professional relationships with brand partners, management, and store associates

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of loss prevention experience in a retail environment
  • Current security permit as required by provincial/local regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and video surveillance systems
  • Ability to travel within the district as required
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capability
