Sephora Asset Protection Supervisor in Laval, QC. Lead loss prevention across multiple retail stores; $30–$35 CAD/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate loss prevention programs across multiple stores within the assigned district
- Investigate internal theft, fraud, and cash variances by examining exception reports and point-of-sale data
- Train, develop, and supervise loss prevention agents within the district
- Conduct quarterly in-store blitz operations and manager walk-throughs, documenting findings
- Partner with the District Loss Prevention Manager on strategic initiatives and market updates
- Review and approve agent schedules across the district
- Assist high-shrink stores with inventory preparation and reconciliation
- Conduct internal interviews as a witness when applicable
- Onboard new agents and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain professional relationships with brand partners, management, and store associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of loss prevention experience in a retail environment
- Current security permit as required by provincial/local regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and video surveillance systems
- Ability to travel within the district as required
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capability

Minimum 2 years of loss prevention experience in a retail environment. The candidate should demonstrate proven ability to lead teams, investigate complex theft and fraud scenarios, and implement asset protection strategies across multiple retail locations.
