Sephora in Avon, IN seeks an Asset Protection Supervisor at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center to lead loss prevention, investigations and security operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Asset Protection (AP) investigators, including hiring, onboarding, training and ongoing development.
- Drive shrink-reduction strategies through investigations, enhanced physical security controls, audits and staff training.
- Identify, investigate and resolve internal and external theft, fraud and other loss incidents; conduct investigative interviews in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate third‑party contracted security personnel and manage indirect supervision of contracted guards.
- Maintain and monitor physical security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, card access and key/core controls.
- Participate in inventory processes and execute shrink-reduction plans; perform checklists and audits and report findings to leadership.
- Respond to alarm calls and facility emergencies; represent the company in matters related to criminal or civil cases when applicable.
- Manage special projects and other duties assigned by leadership to support distribution center operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of loss prevention or asset protection experience; experience in a distribution center environment strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to develop cross-functional relationships with Operations, HR and LLPI teams.
- Experience with CCTV, alarm and card access systems preferred.
- Wicklander‑Zulawski or Reid certification preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk production floors for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for weekend shifts, flexible schedule and to respond to alarm calls and facility emergencies.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on loss prevention/asset protection experience, preferably within a distribution center or large warehouse environment, with prior supervisory responsibility and exposure to security systems and investigations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,140 to USD 83,980 per annum.
