Role & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and awareness by leading and participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong store presence by spending 75-80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Monitor and investigate store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and address losses.
- Respond to incidents by de-escalating situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
- Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Support multiple locations as needed and represent Sephora in court if required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
