Sephora Asset Protection Partner in Wauwatosa, WI: full-time retail security role, $21–$24.75/hr, monitoring and loss prevention.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong store presence on the sales floor (75–80% of shift time) to deter theft and support customer service
- Lead or participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols across the store
- Monitor store activity and investigate potential losses using CCTV footage and reporting tools
- De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing both safety and client experience
- Complete audits and prepare detailed reports on asset protection efforts
- Collaborate with store managers and District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
- Represent Sephora in court proceedings if required
- Support multiple store locations as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink dynamics, and safety protocols
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong conflict de-escalation and communication skills
- Comfort with CCTV systems and reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
