Sephora Asset Protection Partner, Tukwila, WA: Full-time hourly role safeguarding store assets and safety. $25–$29.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and ensure safety
- Lead and participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols and awareness
- Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify, investigate, and document losses
- Collaborate with store managers and District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- De-escalate conflict situations professionally while prioritizing safety and client experience
- Execute audits and prepare reports on asset protection efforts
- Comply with all asset protection policies, licensing requirements, and legal obligations
- Testify in court on behalf of Sephora when required
- Support multiple store locations as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink metrics, and safety protocols
- Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
- Conflict de-escalation skills
- Comfortable using CCTV systems and reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
