Sephora hiring Asset Protection Partner in Tucson, AZ. Full-time role safeguarding store assets, managing loss prevention, and ensuring customer and employee safety. $19.50–$22.99/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence on the selling floor (75–80% of time) to deter theft and support customer service
- Lead or participate in meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols
- Use CCTV and reporting tools to monitor store activity, identify losses, and conduct investigations
- Collaborate with store managers and the District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- De-escalate security incidents and disputes with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience
- Execute asset protection audits and prepare reports documenting findings and actions
- Represent Sephora in court proceedings when required and testify on behalf of the company
- Adhere to all asset protection policies, licensing requirements, and compliance standards
- Support multiple store locations as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink dynamics, and safety protocols
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated conflict de-escalation and communication skills
- Comfort with CCTV systems and digital reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
