Sephora Asset Protection Partner, Toronto: Full-time retail security role protecting store assets, conducting surveillance, and reducing shrinkage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and apprehend or deter individuals from committing external theft
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers
- Provide new hire and continuous employee training to maintain store loss prevention awareness
- Conduct store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections
- Communicate audit findings to store Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager
- Partner with stores and District Loss Prevention Manager in developing and executing shrinkage prevention plans
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required
- Assist store Leadership team with inventory preparation and process
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment
- Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by province or local jurisdiction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interviewing and listening skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching in the moment on loss prevention techniques
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work at multiple locations within a market

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 25 to CAD 30 per hour.
