Sephora Asset Protection Partner in Toronto, Canada. Full-time role protecting store assets through loss prevention and surveillance. CAD $25–$30/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct floor surveillance and CCTV monitoring to identify, observe, and deter external theft
  • Investigate and document theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and accident investigations
  • Develop and execute shrinkage prevention plans in partnership with store leadership and District Loss Prevention Manager
  • Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections with findings communicated to leadership
  • Provide new hire and ongoing employee training on loss prevention awareness and techniques
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal partners, local law enforcement, and mall security
  • Testify in court proceedings on behalf of the company when required
  • Assist store leadership with inventory preparation and processing

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment
  • Valid asset protection licensing as required by Ontario or local jurisdiction
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and provide effective coaching
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work across multiple locations within a market
