Sephora Asset Protection Partner in Tampa, FL: Full-time, $21–$24.75/hr. Safeguard store assets, deter theft, and maintain safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment
- Lead and participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols and increase awareness among staff
- Collaborate with store managers and the District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Monitor store activity and utilize CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses
- De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing client experience and the safety of all parties involved
- Conduct audits and prepare comprehensive reports documenting asset protection efforts and findings
- Represent Sephora in legal proceedings when required, including testifying in court on behalf of the company
- Adhere to all applicable asset protection policies, licensing requirements, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink management, and store safety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong conflict de-escalation and interpersonal skills
- Comfort and proficiency with CCTV systems and loss prevention reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
