Role & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
- Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support customer service, spending 75-80% of time in this capacity.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor store activity and investigate losses.
- Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience.
- Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company if required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
