Role & Responsibilities
- Promote asset protection awareness and safety protocols through leadership of meetings, training sessions, and reinforcement initiatives
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service delivery, and ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with store management to align shrink reduction strategies and safety initiatives across locations
- Monitor store activity and investigate loss incidents using CCTV systems and reporting tools to identify patterns and root causes
- De-escalate incidents professionally and responsibly, prioritizing both safety and the client experience
- Execute routine audits and prepare comprehensive reports documenting asset protection efforts and compliance metrics
- Adhere to all company asset protection policies and relevant licensing requirements
- Represent Sephora in legal proceedings and provide testimony on behalf of the company when required
- Support operations across multiple store locations as needed to address regional asset protection priorities
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
