Sephora Asset Protection Partner in San Juan, PR. Full-time hourly role ($19.50–$22.99/hr) safeguarding retail assets and promoting store safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the sales floor to deter theft and support safe operations
- Lead or participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols and increase awareness
- Monitor CCTV systems and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses or suspicious activity
- De-escalate incidents professionally while prioritizing safety and client experience
- Collaborate with store managers and leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Complete asset protection audits and prepare reports on findings and outcomes
- Testify in court on behalf of Sephora when required
- Adhere to all asset protection policies, licensing requirements, and legal compliance standards
- Support multiple store locations as needed and maintain flexible scheduling during peak retail periods
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink dynamics, and safety protocols
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Conflict de-escalation and professional communication skills
- Comfortable operating CCTV systems and reporting software
