Sephora Asset Protection Partner, San Antonio TX. Full-time hourly role safeguarding store assets and ensuring customer and employee safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Spend 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
- Lead or participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols and increase employee awareness
- Collaborate with store managers and district asset protection leadership to align shrink-reduction and safety initiatives
- Monitor store activity and use CCTV and reporting tools to identify, investigate, and document loss incidents
- De-escalate conflicts and incidents professionally, prioritizing the safety and experience of clients and employees
- Complete asset protection audits and prepare reports documenting loss-prevention efforts
- Ensure compliance with all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
- Support multiple store locations as assigned
- Represent Sephora and testify in court on behalf of the company when required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Demonstrated understanding of retail operations, shrink drivers, and safety best practices
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong conflict de-escalation and communication skills
- Comfortable using CCTV systems and loss-prevention reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication abilities
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
