Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment
- Lead or participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols and increase awareness
- Collaborate with store managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives with company standards
- Monitor store activity, utilize CCTV footage, and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses
- De-escalate incidents professionally while prioritizing safety and customer experience
- Conduct asset protection audits and prepare detailed reports
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
- Support multiple store locations as needed and represent Sephora in legal proceedings if required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory shrinkage, and safety protocols
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated conflict de-escalation and incident management skills
