Asset Protection Partner at Sephora in Riverton, UT—Safeguard store assets with $21–$24.75/hr full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence on selling floor (75-80% of time) to deter theft, support service, and ensure safety
- Lead and participate in meetings and training to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses
- De-escalate situations professionally while prioritizing safety and client experience
- Collaborate with store managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Complete audits and prepare asset protection reports
- Represent Sephora in court proceedings if required
- Ensure compliance with all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink management, and safety best practices
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated conflict de-escalation skills
- Comfortable operating CCTV and reporting systems
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
