Sephora Canada (Quebec City) is hiring an Asset Protection Partner to lead loss prevention and CCTV operations. Full-time, permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor sales floor activity and operate the store’s CCTV system to detect, observe and deter theft or suspicious behaviour.
- Conduct apprehensions and evidence handling in strict compliance with applicable laws and Sephora policies concerning arrests, seizures and chain-of-custody.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, merchandise recovery documentation, accident investigations and audit findings.
- Testify in criminal or civil proceedings on behalf of the company when required.
- Design, deliver and reinforce loss-prevention training for new hires and store teams to raise awareness and compliance.
- Perform regular store audits, safety inspections and checklist verifications to strengthen operational controls and reduce shrinkage.
- Support store management with inventory preparation and security-related processes; collaborate with district loss-prevention leadership to develop and execute prevention plans.
- Work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends and holidays) and be available to support multiple stores within the market.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
- Valid permits or licences as required by provincial or local authorities and ability to maintain them.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven capability to work a flexible schedule and to travel between stores within the market.
- Able to lift approximately 20 kg and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching to stock merchandise.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of asset protection or retail loss-prevention experience, with demonstrated investigative, reporting and in-store security execution.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 25 to CAD 30 per hour.
