Sephora seeks an Asset Protection Partner in Philadelphia, PA to safeguard assets and maintain store safety—full-time retail security role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and awareness by leading or participating in asset protection and safety protocol training sessions
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe environment
- Partner with store leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives with company objectives
- Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and address discrepancies
- De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing both safety and client experience during incident response
- Execute audits and prepare comprehensive reports documenting asset protection efforts and findings
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements; testify in court on behalf of the company if required
- Support multiple store locations as needed and maintain flexible scheduling availability during peak retail operations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink drivers, and safety protocols
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across store teams
- Demonstrated conflict de-escalation skills
- Comfort with CCTV systems and digital reporting tools
- Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
- Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
