Asset Protection Partner at Sephora in Peabody, MA. Full-time hourly role safeguarding store assets with $23–$27.12/hr compensation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong store presence on the selling floor (75-80% of time) to deter theft, support client service, and ensure a safe environment
  • Lead and participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols and increase awareness across the store team
  • Collaborate with store managers and leadership to align shrink reduction initiatives and safety strategies with store goals
  • Monitor CCTV footage and utilize reporting tools to identify, document, and investigate product losses and security incidents
  • De-escalate challenging situations professionally, prioritizing both safety and the client experience
  • Execute audits of asset protection compliance and prepare reports on loss prevention efforts
  • Adhere to all asset protection policies, licensing requirements, and company procedures
  • Support multiple store locations as needed and testify in court on behalf of Sephora when required
  • Maintain flexible scheduling availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
  • Understanding of retail operations, inventory shrink dynamics, and safety protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
