Sephora Orlando (Disney Springs) seeks an Asset Protection Partner — hourly role safeguarding assets, managing incidents, and supporting store safety.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible store presence—spend ~75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft and support client service.
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools; identify, investigate and document incidents and losses.
- Execute audits, complete detailed reports on shrink and asset protection initiatives, and track outcomes.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement shrink-reduction and safety strategies.
- Respond to incidents and de-escalate conflicts professionally while prioritizing client and employee safety.
- Ensure compliance with all asset protection policies, licensing requirements and legal procedures; represent the company and testify in court when required.
- Support multiple locations as needed and maintain flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail operations, hospitality, sales, asset protection or loss prevention.
- Proven ability to de-escalate conflicts and manage difficult situations with composure.
- Familiarity and comfort using CCTV systems and reporting tools to investigate incidents.
- Strong verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to prepare clear incident/audit reports.
- Reliability and punctuality with the ability to meet a 30–40 hour weekly schedule and work peak retail hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform floor-based duties for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention, with hands-on experience in store-level safety and shrink control activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in loss prevention, security or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 24.75 per hour.
