Asset Protection Partner at Sephora Montreal – Retail loss prevention and security role with CAD $25–$30/hr compensation and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct surveillance on sales floors and monitor CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter or apprehend individuals attempting external theft
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers
- Testify in court on behalf of Sephora in criminal and civil cases as summoned
- Deliver new hire and continuous employee training programs focused on loss prevention awareness
- Conduct store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections; communicate findings to store leadership and District Loss Prevention Manager
- Assist store leadership with inventory preparation and process execution
- Partner with stores and District Loss Prevention Manager in developing and executing shrinkage prevention plans
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients as needed
- Maintain flexible availability for evening, weekend, holiday, and multi-location shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of documented asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment
- Possess and maintain all required licensing credentials as mandated by Quebec or local jurisdiction
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong written, verbal, and interviewing communication abilities
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques

Experience
Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
