Sephora hiring Asset Protection Partner in Miami Beach, FL. Full-time hourly position protecting store assets, loss prevention, and safety. $21–$24.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain active store presence on the selling floor 75–80% of shift time to deter theft, support client service, and ensure environmental safety
- Lead and participate in asset protection and safety training sessions to reinforce protocols with store team members
- Partner with store leadership and District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction strategies and safety initiatives
- Monitor and investigate suspected losses using CCTV footage and reporting tools
- De-escalate security incidents with professionalism and care, prioritizing safety and client experience
- Execute asset protection audits and prepare compliance reports
- Maintain compliance with all asset protection policies and state licensing requirements
- Represent Sephora in legal proceedings when required
- Support multiple store locations as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory shrinkage, and store safety protocols
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Advanced conflict de-escalation and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort and proficiency with CCTV systems and asset protection reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid state asset protection license or ability to obtain within required timeframe

Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention roles, with demonstrated competency in shrink reduction and safety management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in asset protection or loss prevention preferred.
